When Darren was first introduced to Strengthsfinder in 2005, he was skeptical and dismissive... until he saw the impact within his own business and staff.

This led Darren to eventually become Canada's 8th certified CliftonStrengths coach and launch PRAXY in 2015 to train other organizations to transform their leaders, teams and workplace culture as well.

It only took Allison 5 minutes with a complete stranger discussing her Top 5 Strengths for her to become a believer and transform her life.

For the next 25 years, Allison has passionately helped others discover how they are different than 33 million others! She joined PRAXY in 2019 and loves to create training that is utterly practical, enjoyable and transformative!

Darren and Allison are based out of Calgary, Alberta, Canada and open to travel.
